Q. When will my item arrive?
A. The shipping time takes about 6 weeks to arrive from the date payment was made.
Q. What is your Return Policy?
We pre-inspect our merchandise before we ship the item to you prior to its departure in South America.
We can only take back items that are defective--we cannot return items back to the factory if the
item you have ordered does not meet your needs; so be sure to check the description of the item
before placing your order.
Q. How Do I pay for an item?
A. You can purchase your item(s) directly on our Web Site using:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Paypal.
Q. How do I know if I need an Extra Large Size--
Can I get the regular size?
A. That depends on the performers that will be wearing the mascot.
If the performer wearing the mascot is taller then 5'6, we recommend
the Extra Large size so they will be comfortable wearing the mascot.
Make sure you choose the size carefully, as we cannot take the mascot
back as it's not defective-See the Return Policy above that deals with this question.

A. The best way to reach a customer service representative is via E-mail:
